PLANNING DEPARTMENT
The mandate of Planning Unit include among others;
• Develop comprehensive and Integrated District Plans, monitor and Evaluate their implementation
• Planned coordination of service delivery for sustainable development.
Department objectives
• Strengthen participatory planning at all levels using bottom – up approach in order to comprehensively and realistically capture local priorities for sustainable and inclusive development.
• To formulate annual plans, short-term plans and long –term development plans for socio-economic development
